Analyst (Water Treatment)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead daily briefings and coordinate team activities on-site
2. Monitor and evaluate analyst team performance
3. Ensure all equipment (dosing pumps, injection lines, lab instruments) operate properly
4. Prepare daily operational reports (chemical dosing & usage) using Excel
5. Manage chemical stock and coordinate procurement
6. Communicate with customer PIC regarding WTP, RO, Cooling, Boiler & WWTP operations
7. Conduct water analysis and monitoring
8. Prepare monthly reports and present results to clients
9. Ensure compliance with HSE/K3 standards
10. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. SMK/D3/S1 in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related field
2. Experience in water treatment (WTP, RO, Cooling Tower, Boiler, WWTP)
3. Good communication and teamwork skills
4. Able to work independently & in a mobile/field environment
5. Willing to be placed in Batam and Semarang
