Tangerang, Indonesia – 16 August 2024 – PT Lautan Air Indonesia is proud to announce the inauguration of a new warehouse located at its Bitung plant in Tangerang. This new warehouse represents a strategic step for the company to improve operational efficiency and finished goods storage capacity.
The 1,800-square-meter warehouse has a storage capacity of up to 1,500 tons and is equipped with a loading and unloading area specifically designed to improve the efficiency of the loading and unloading process. This new facility is expected to support the improvement of PT Lautan Air Indonesia’s product distribution performance, while strengthening the company’s position, as stated in the slogan “water solution partner for a better world.”
The warehouse inauguration took place on August 16, 2024, in conjunction with an employee gathering of PT Lautan Air Indonesia, attended by all employees. The event was also attended by members of the board of directors and board of commissioners of PT Lautan Air Indonesia, as well as the board of directors of the parent company, PT Lautan Luas Tbk.
Carrying the theme “Bettering Your World,” the employee gathering and inauguration of the new warehouse is expected to not only improve the performance of PT Lautan Air Indonesia, but also strengthen employee morale. This event also serves as an important moment to practice the company’s corporate values, especially Continuous Improvement, which is an integral part of the work culture at PT Lautan Air Indonesia.
