Service Engineer

Responsibilites:

1. Ensure low upset data across all treatment areas
2. Monitor and control chemical and reagent consumption
3. Communicate technical updates to customers and prepare weekly and monthly reports
4. Evaluate analysis results and field activities
5. Conduct industrial water parameter testing (Water Treatment
6. Wastewater Treatment Plant – WT/WWTP)
7. Maintain company assets at the site
8. Perform basic mechanical tasks, including PVC fitting and preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering or a related field
2. 1–2 years of experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or chemical analysis
3. Proficient in computer operation, especially Microsoft Office
4. Strong communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team
5. Technical understanding of water treatment applications is an advantage
6. Willing to be placed in Karawang
