Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning — Develop distribution strategy & network planning across all stock points; manage annual logistics budge.
- Warehouse & Inventory — Oversee multi-site operations; ensure accuracy via FIFO/FEFO; enforce proper B3 & Halal product storage
- Transportation & Distribution — Direct nationwide delivery (IBC, flexi bag, carton box); manage fleet & 3PL; ensure DG transport compliance
- Export/Import — Coordinate customs, freight-forwarder liaison, and documentation (PEB/PIB, INSW, MSDS/SDS)
- Safety & Compliance — Implement K3/SMK3; sustain ISO, Halal & NSF standards; ensure audit readiness
- Vendor & Cost Management — Negotiate & manage 3PL/vendor contracts; drive cost optimization
- People Management — Lead logistics team across multiple sites; set KPIs; coordinate cross-functionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Logistics/SCM, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, or Business
- Min. 3 years in logistics, preferably from chemical/manufacturing/FMCG/Oil & Gas Chemical
- B3/hazardous-materials handling experience is a strong plus
- Fluent English & skilled in Excel/ERP (SAP/Oracle)
- Willing to be placed at LAI Tangerang

- B3/hazardous-materials handling, storage, labeling & transport (MSDS/SDS)
- Dangerous-goods packaging for IBC (liquid) and flexi bag (powder)

- ISO 9001/14001/45001, Halal Assurance System (SJH), NSF standards
- Logistics cost management, budgeting & KPI/data analysis
