Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage HR administration, payroll support, and BPJS administration.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, training, onboarding, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR planning activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Barat and Pulogadung.
