HRD Officer

Job Description:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
  • Manage HR administration, payroll support, and BPJS administration.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal, training, onboarding, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and support HR planning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Barat and Pulogadung.
