PT Lautan Air Indonesia, engaged in the production and distribution of water treatment chemicals and the provision of water treatment services, is strongly committed to implementing an integrated Management System for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection (MK3L).

1. Compliance and Stakeholder Satisfaction
   Fulfill the requirements and expectations of customers, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and address the needs of other stakeholders related to Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Preservation.
2. Employee Participation and Continuous Improvement
   Encourage active employee participation in understanding, maintaining, and continuously improving the MK3L Management System to enhance productivity, maintain product quality, and improve Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
3. System Review and Adaptation
   Regularly review the effectiveness of the MK3L Management System to ensure alignment with technological developments, market changes, and applicable regulations.
4. Creating a Safe and Sustainable Work Environment
   Foster a green, clean, tidy, comfortable, safe, and healthy workplace by implementing the 5R program (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin), protecting the environment from pollution, and preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
