Responsibility :
- Conduct field visits and complete assigned tasks based on work orders, including survey, installation, routine service, and troubleshooting or repairing damaged equipment.
- Maintain and take good care of work tools and equipment in accordance with safety and security procedures; monitor inventory regularly.
- Ensure smooth task execution and maintain accurate and organized field activity reports.
- Collect water samples from customers for laboratory analysis.
- Follow up on customer complaints according to company procedures and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / open for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role with proven team management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in installation processes and troubleshooting.
- Mature, responsible, and capable of leading a team effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
