Job Description:
- Develop annual sales plans and strategies.
- Set sales tactics by identifying customer priorities and recognizing key buying influencers or decision-makers.
- Ensure timely customer payments.
- Handle B2B and project-based customers according to assigned area coverage.
- Approach customers proactively, deliver added value, and manage as well as increase sales through regular visits and opportunity identification.
- Report sales data into the system, regularly update the new customer database, and prepare monthly sales forecasts.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and results.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) industry.
- Active and familiar with using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, customer-focused, energetic, and proactive.
