Sales Project

Job Description:

  • Develop annual sales plans and strategies.
  • Set sales tactics by identifying customer priorities and recognizing key buying influencers or decision-makers.
  • Ensure timely customer payments.
  • Handle B2B and project-based customers according to assigned area coverage.
  • Approach customers proactively, deliver added value, and manage as well as increase sales through regular visits and opportunity identification.
  • Report sales data into the system, regularly update the new customer database, and prepare monthly sales forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) industry.
  • Active and familiar with using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented, customer-focused, energetic, and proactive.
