RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop annual sales plans and programs, while analyzing market price dynamics to optimize product selling prices.
- Conduct regular sales forecast reviews to ensure accuracy, guaranteeing product availability and smooth sales operations across all areas.
- Oversee sales team operations, ensuring both individual and team productivity and achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Evaluate sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer network within the assigned area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Area Sales Manager.
- Proven experience managing the Eastern Indonesia area
- Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies based on market data analysis.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, at a conversational or professional level.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Willing to work mobile and travel extensively to cover the assigned areas
